How can I make an appointment?

We are happy to make it easy and convenient for you to book. You can use two options – a telephone order and an online booking form.
Both options are available, but telephone booking is quicker and more convenient if you need an immediate booking or have any specific requirements.

Can I order online?

We would like to inform you that for online reservations we have our reservation form available, which allows you to make a reservation conveniently and easily. Just fill in the necessary information and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a confirmation. However, if you would like to make an immediate reservation or have any specific requirements, we recommend that you rather call our phone line. Please also note that all bookings are only managed during working hours.

What is a booking deposit?

We would like to inform you that in some cases, especially for long booking periods (4 hours or more), a booking deposit may be required. If you decide to cancel your reservation and do so with at least 24 hours’ notice, your reservation deposit will be refunded. It will also be refunded on the day of your visit or can be used as part of your payment.
In this way we try to give fair consideration to bookings and ensure that they are available for those who really need them.

Are there any cancellation policies?

If the customer fails to show up for an appointment that has been pre-arranged, or if they do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the service or reservation. This procedure is in place to reflect our bookings and ensure that they are available to all our customers.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. We accept only Czech crowns in cash.

Can I buy gift vouchers from you?

Yes, we have the perfect gift for everyone. Gift vouchers are only issued in store and can be specified in any value. The gift certificate is valid for 3 months and can be used for all goods and services.
